Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years experience required 2. Cases: Med Surg patients including tracheostomy and laryngectomy patients (experience not required but must be willing to learn) 3. Certifications: BLS required; AHA and Red Cross only - RQI cards not accepted 4. License: Must have active IL license in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 or 4x12 Days (0645-1915); will work every other weekend; no on-call required; will float as needed 8. RTO: Can auto-approve 5 or less days of non-holiday RTO; only able to request 1 winter holiday off; candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays; manager reviews RTO based on unit schedule 9. Returning Staff: Previous perm/PRN candidates must be separated for 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no radius restriction for this specialty 11. Background: Background check hits must be noted upon submission for approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours; completed pre-start; first day is virtual at-home day; strict deadlines with 4PM CST Day 1 completion requirement 13.
