Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required (18 months exp. required per compliance notes) 2. Cases: CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Med/Surg, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, TIA, subdural hematoma, brain mass, seizures, back and neck surgeries, craniotomies, neurological disorders 3. Certifications: BLS & NIH required; must be AHA and Red Cross only - RQI cards not accepted; copies required at submission 4. License: Must have active IL license in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred/required (position specific) 7. Shifts/Call: Nights 1845 start time 3x12s; no on-call; every other weekend; floating 100% required 8. RTO: Auto-approve 5 days non-holiday RTO or less; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: PERM or PRN employees must be away 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted, no radius (Exception: OR RNs must be 50+ miles from facility) 11. Background: Must note background policy prior to submission for approval before offer 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours, sent Friday before start, must complete by 4pm CST first day (Monday) 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any solid color 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: PICC line management and Starting IVs required; Heparin drips; EEG, lumbar puncture procedures Critical: SSN and DOB required at submittal. Lab appointment, Docusigns and Badge Photo must be completed within 1 week of signing contract. Previous Charge Experience preferred.
