Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: General medical and surgical 3. Certifications: BCLS required; ACLS required by compliance deadline for most RNs 4. License: Valid state license required at submission; MO license or compact license required; Illinois license required in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic charting system; Epic experience required for certain units 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; every other weekend required; placed on every third weekend rotation 8. RTO: No more than 7 days per 13-week contract; no RTO first week; must be on submittal 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; no locals accepted within 75 miles 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract signing and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Light gray/silver 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Skills screening required for chemotherapy administration and monitoring Critical: Will float to Progress West and other units; labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing; two supervisory references within last two years required for Barnes-Jewish West County.
