- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Acute Care Medicine including Acute Renal Failure, Pneumonia, Acute Pancreatitis, UTI, Encephalopathy/Cirrhosis, Sickle Cell Pain Crisis, Chest Pain, COPD, asthma acute exacerbation, syncope/collapse, Diabetes type I, Ketoacidosis 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; must pass Relias EKG exam 4. License: Valid State License required at time of submission; Missouri requires MO license or compact license; Illinois requires license in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; no on-call required 8. RTO: No more than 7 days per 13-week contract; no RTO first week; must be on submittal 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; no local candidates accepted within 75 miles 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing. Float within service line required.
