- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; charge experience preferred 2. Cases: General Neurological and neuromuscular disorders, MS, ALS, GBS, Stroke, Epilepsy, infections, tumors etc 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH required; must pass Relias EKG exam; all RNs required to obtain ACLS by compliance deadline 4. License: State-specific license required at submission; MO license or compact license required; Illinois not compact state 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; no on-call; patient ratios 1:4-5; float within service line to neurosurgery or SDU 8. RTO: No more than 7 days per 13 week contract; no RTO first week; must be included on submittal 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning; travelers can stay 18 months then take 3 month break 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; no local candidates accepted 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract signing and complete 2 Fridays before start date 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Navy scrubs required 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
