- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year Med Surg required (inpatient only) 2. Cases: Med/Surg patients; post trauma, surgical interventions and medical comorbidities 3. Certifications: BLS from AHA only required; ACLS from AHA only preferred 4. License: Current RN License (eligible for Missouri licensure or currently licensed in Missouri) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC 7. Shifts/Call: Days, 1700-0930; 36 or 48 guaranteed hours; no call requirements 8. RTO: 5 days or less (must make up on back end); only 1 holiday per assignment 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Local candidates receive $10 below posted travel rate 11.
