- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Preferred 5+ years (3+ years acceptable) 2. Cases: Substance abuse, polysubstance abuse, ETOH, behavioral conditions, hypertension, syncope, seizures, liver disease 3. Certifications: BLS, ALS, PALS required prior to start; Handle with Care after hire 4. License: TN RN License required; Tennessee Abuse Registry check required prior to start 5. Education: ASN minimum required 6. EMR: HMS/Medhost 7. Shifts/Call: 36 hours weekly guaranteed, every other weekend, no call required 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must be 60+ miles to qualify for travel rate; local rate $48 11. Background: Tennessee Abuse Registry results required prior to start 12. Modules: Education expectations to be completed during contract 13. Travel Experience: Not specified 14.
