Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Med/Surg – Neurology Rehab
Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12×3, 36hrs per week
Length: 13 Weeks
4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks, 2 out of 4 major holidays
Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts in 8 week period
Holidays: Work into core rotation
Requirements:
- AZ License
- 2 Years Experience
- Strong Med/Surg experience required
- Must have level 1 trauma experience
- BLS
- Rehab experience preferred

- # beds: 52
- Ratios: RN 1:6, Tech 1:8
- EMR: Cerner
- 50 mile radius rule
- Floating: Yes, any Med/Surg unit

Requirements
- Required certification: Med/Surg
- 1+ years of experience
- Unit Notes **MUST HAVE LEVEL 1 TRAUMA EXP*** 50 mile radius rule - Unit: Neuro Rehab - # beds: 52 - Certs: RN BLS, FIM / Tech BLS, FIM. RN with strong MedSurg experience required, Rehab experience preferred. - Ratios: RN 1:6, Tech 1:8 - EMR: Cerner - Charge Nurse: 2 Charge RNs with a light assignment depending on census. - Nurse Aides: Yes - Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts in 8 week period. - Holidays: Work into core rotation. - Scrub Color: Slate grey. - Tele: No - Vents: No - Hospitalist
