Cases: Highly rated catheter skills required; comfortable with repeated daily catheterization of males and females; Supra pubic catheter changes; Urodynamic studies 3. Certifications: BLS required; ONC certification preferred but not required 4. License: Oregon RN License required to be in hand or pending upon submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage not required; on-call not required; no floating between units 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); must request all RTO up-front during submittal 9.
