- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum in specialty required 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required 4. License: Active TN RN license or multistate required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: 1 year minimum EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights (1845-0715); floating required to like units; weekend coverage every other 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off requests 9. Returning Staff: Extensions limited - travelers cannot extend for 4th consecutive contract; must convert to employee after 3 consecutive contracts or take 6-month separation 10. Travel/Local: Must be 100+ miles from all Prisma facilities for full rate; 90-99.9 miles accepted at 10% bill rate reduction; 60-mile local radius for CRNAs only 11. Background: Must send social security number with submittal 12. Modules: Pre-assignment testing and modules required within 48 hours; billable up to 16 hours; completed pre-start annually 13.
