Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: At least 1 year required 2. Cases: Acute Care Surgery, Emergency General Surgery, Medsurg overflow 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required 4. License: Compact license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required (hardstop) 7. Shifts/Call: 6 weekend shifts in 6 week period; no on-call required; will float between units and sister facilities 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (Aya and Client offer); must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose any previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits 12. Modules: Average 16 hours, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Navy blue for RN staff (solid color, scrub tops may have colored piping) 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: BiPAP/CPAP, Central lines, Chest tubes, High Flow Nasal Cannula, PCA, PICC lines, Tracheostomy equipment, Wound Vac Critical: Epic hardstop requirement.
