Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: At least 1 year required 2. Cases: Acute Care Surgery, Emergency General Surgery, Medsurg overflow 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required 4. License: Compact license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required (Epic Hardstop) 7. Shifts/Call: 6 weekend shifts in 6 week period; no on-call required; patient ratios 1:4.5 8. RTO: 7 days maximum; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); must request all RTO up-front during submittal 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must include response about previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire for licensed nursing personnel 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
