EMR: Cerner charting system experience required; No specific charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Rotating days and nights, every other weekend, 1:6-1:7 patient ratios, 4 weekend shifts per contract 8. RTO: Auto-approval 7 days or less (outside holidays), anything more requires facility approval; two pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Any permanent employee cannot return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No radius rule; local candidates accepted at travel rate; may float to sister facilities within 10-mile radius 11.
