- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: General surgery, abdominal surgery, urological surgery, orthopedic surgery, hysterectomy, mastectomy, spine surgery, bariatric surgery. Will accept pediatric surgical patients aged 12 and above depending on surgical procedure. 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 1900-0700 shift, every other weekend required, patient ratio 6:1 8. RTO: If one holiday falls in assignment, expect to work it; if two holidays, expect to work one; if three, expect to work two. Any RTO must be included in submission covers and assignment confirmation documents. 9. Returning Staff: Augusta will not consider a traveler who worked perm for Augusta within the past 24 months 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals not accepted 11. Background: Zero tolerance policy for THC, medical marijuana cards not accepted, drug screen required during compliance and on day 1 12.
