Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must have at least 1 year of CURRENT specialty experience for clinical pass; experience requirements must be met within 3 recent years; 2 years of oncology experience preferred but NOT REQUIRED; PCU experience NOT required as travelers will only care for MS/tele patients 2. Cases: Medical oncology patients with variety of diagnoses from solid tumors to some blood cancers; HIGH acuity patient population 3. Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required; ACLS listed in skills 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Self-schedule requests; first week orientation Mon-Fri dayshift, second week 36hrs on-unit; 12D/N rotating contract may include days, nights, or combination 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment once away from facility for 6 months or more; current employees ineligible to be hired as traveler at any Ohio State University hospital location 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate; previous travel experience preferred 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
