- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; 1st Timers are accepted 2. Cases: Stroke, TIA, SDH, Elective Spinal Surgeries, TBI 3. Certifications: BLS, NIH required 4. License: GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend unless otherwise specified; No call requirements 8. RTO: MAX 7 days; No holiday RTO can be requested if one or two major holidays occur during assignment period; ONE HOLIDAY RTO request can be reviewed for approval if three major holidays occur during assignment period 9. Returning Staff: Must be away for 1 FULL YEAR from all Piedmont facilities to return as traveler; Must have one successfully completed assignment outside of Piedmont Health prior to return eligibility check if previous cancel or DNR 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
