Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required 2. Cases: Total joint replacements, fracture repairs, kyphoplasties (high volume); neck/back surgeries (moderate volume); other surgical procedures, inpatient and 24-hour observation medical patients (high volume) 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: License in hand required with submission 5. Education: Education verification through 3rd party required; will not accept education from schools on Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s nights 7p-730a, every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday), no call, float required as needed, charge RN shifts required 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission, will not be accepted after submission 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius, no locals accepted, must include current driver's license to confirm address 11. Background: Will not accept any open cases on background check 12. Modules: 2-4 hours average, non-billable, completed during orientation, not included in NBO, unit-based hours vary 13. Travel Experience: Previous travel experience required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: CPMs and Buck's traction occasionally, neck and back braces Critical: Charge RN experience required. Pass/fail EKG exam required for all RNs with 2 attempts allowed. Full compliance file due by 12 noon EST Wednesday prior to start date. All travelers subject to float to any Cone Health campus. Patient ratio 5-6. Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences.
