- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Post surgical patients including bariatric surgeries, colon resections, thyroidectomies, hernia repairs, appendectomies, gallbladder surgeries, and biliary issues; also Med-Surg patients 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: State or compact licensure required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Charting system experience required; EMR training provided during orientation 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage required; EOW weekend shifts; patient ratio 6:1 for days, nights, and weekends; float may be required within hospital 8. RTO: Minimal holiday RTO 9.
