- Required certification: Med/Surg
- 1+ years of experience
- Unit Notes:Strict 75 mile radius rule. Must be 75 miles from the address on the traveler's drivers license to the facility. Please include the driver's license in the submit email. Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in hospital medsurg units. Unit: Acute Care # beds: 36 Certs: ACLS Preferred and BLS required Ratios: RN/LPN (6:1) CNA (12:1) EMR: Meditech Charge Nurse: Yes Nurse Aides: Yes Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required Holidays: Required Scrub Color: White tops, hunter green pants Tele: Yes Nurse's Read Strips?
