- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum experience required 2. Cases: Stroke patients and surgery patients 3. Certifications: BLS and NIHSS required 4. License: NM/Compact license accepted (must be obtained prior to start) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Med Surg nights, option of 36 or 48 hours; float required; weekends as needed 8. RTO: All RTO must be listed at time of submittal; max of 4 days RTO can be auto approved 9. Returning Staff: Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile local radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, 4-6 hours average for RN; completed onsite during orientation; recorded via transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Unit welcomes first time travelers 14.
