- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Medical/surgical with shorter turnover, infectious patients (2100); surgical pre/post servicing ortho and general surgery (2200); ortho/neuro preferred, post-surgical, bacteremia, sepsis, altered mental status, heart failure, renal failure, electrolyte abnormalities, diabetes, GI bleeds, endo pre/post op 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, NIHSS required; ACLS, OCN, PALS preferred; AHA certifications required 4. License: License in-hand required with submission 5. Education: BSN required for international travelers 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 36/36 schedule, rotating weekends/holidays, no call, 1:7 ratios days/nights/weekends, floating required with PCU competencies preferred 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off; RTO must be included with submission 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 100 miles travel requirement; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 4-5 hours average, completed during orientation, included in NBO, recorded via electronic transcripts, non-billable 13.
