Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – LTC/SNF
Shift: Days/ 6:45a-7:15p, 12×3, 36 hours per week
Length: 13 weeks
Weekend Requirements: Varies but typically EOW, Holiday Requirements: May be asked to go into the Holiday Rotation
Requirements:
- NV License
- 1 year experience
- BLS
- Prefer experience with cognitive deficits
Other Details:
- EMR: Cerner
- Floating Requirements: To memory care unit, if needed
- Will accept first time travelers.
- Ratios: RN’s/LPN’s: Days 1:11, nocs 1:22 or 1:30, CNA’s: days 1:6, nocs 1:6 or 1:8.
- # of Beds/Residents: 34 beds- currently 22 residents. All Semiprivate Rooms.
