- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: LTC experience required; patient diagnoses include Dementia, Alzheimer's, TBI, Plegics, Cognitive/Physical Impairments 3. Certifications: BLS required; copies required; Alaska Food Worker Certification required during orientation ($10 fee) 4. License: Alaska RN license required in hand for submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: ECS charting system; Epic experience mentioned in compliance notes 7. Shifts/Call: 4x12 Variable or 3x12 Variable; no on-call required; patient ratio 1:20 8. RTO: Maximum 1 week for 13-week contract, 2 weeks for 26-week contract; must work 2 of 3 major winter holidays; RTO must be sent with submittal 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated minimum 3 months; travelers maximum 1 year assignment then 6-month break required 10.
