- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years of current LTACH experience required; 2 years specialty experience required for submission 2. Cases: MS/TELE or ICU experience required 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIH required; copies required for submission 4. License: KY or compact license required; active compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech EMR required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; 84 hours per two weeks (one week 3x12, next week 4x12); patient ratios 1:4 or 1:5 8. RTO: Up to 7 days considered; must be presented upfront, no changes accepted; must work either major or minor holiday 9. Returning Staff: After working one year, minimum 6-month break required before eligible to return 10. Travel/Local: Must reside 75 miles from facility to be considered 11.
