- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 plus years of current LTACH experience required 2. Cases: MS/TELE or ICU experience required 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIH required; copies required at submission 4. License: KY or compact license required; active license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech EMR required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; 84 hours per two weeks (3x12 one week, 4x12 next week) 8. RTO: Up to 7 days considered; must be presented up front with no changes; must work either major or minor holiday 9. Returning Staff: After one year, minimum 6-month break required before eligible to return 10. Travel/Local: Must reside 75 miles from facility to be considered 11.
