Epic Travel Staffing is hiring an Interim – Manager – Case Manager

Shift: Non-exempt, Days, 7a-3p, 8×5, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• WA license
• 5 years Experience
• At least 3-5 years of leadership experience
• With a seasoned RN Case Management background, ideally with inpatient clinical experience.
• BLS
• BSN

Other Details:

• EMR: EPIC – experience preferred
• Float:
• Experience with above patients
• Case management and discharge planning, strong assessment skills, ability to discharge homeless patients and discharge patients to the next level of care to SNF, IP, LTAC, Shelter, Assisted Living Facility, Medicare/Medicaid patients
