- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years RN L&D experience required 2. Cases: Labor, Antepartum complications, Post-partum complications 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP required; AWHONN Advanced OR AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring within 2 years required (DO NOT submit candidates without AWHONN) 4. License: Valid AZ RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC required 7. Shifts/Call: Coverage every other weekend; 4 weekend shifts per month; Float required based on census to sister location TMC Rincon 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days, no holidays; Holiday RTO or RTO longer than 7 days only considered for hard to fill positions with client approval 9. Returning Staff: Work history at any Tucson Medical Center locations requires TMC HR rehire status approval 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile local radius; NO LOCALS accepted 11. Background: Only ONE DUI on record eligible if incident occurred one year or more ago; Multiple DUIs or DUI within one year not considered 12.
