- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years RN L&D experience required 2. Cases: Labor, antepartum complications, post-partum complications 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP required; AWHONN Advanced OR AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring within 2 years required 4. License: Valid AZ RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC required 7. Shifts/Call: Coverage every other weekend; 4 weekend shifts per month; patient ratio 1:2 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days, no holidays; longer RTO only for hard to fill positions with client approval 9. Returning Staff: Work history at any Tucson Medical Center locations requires HR rehire status approval 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Only one DUI on record eligible if occurred one year or more ago; multiple DUIs or DUI within one year not considered 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
