- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of experience in OB required for submission 2. Cases: High Risk L&D, antepartum, labor & delivery, postpartum care 3. Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate required; C-EFM or AWHONN accepted (don't need both); all certs must be AHA and in hand at time of submittal; copies required 4. License: CA RN Licensure required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required/preferred; specific charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: No on call; weekend rotation required; may float to other CPMC locations if census low 8. RTO: Only one holiday will be approved 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile travel requirement; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose any background hits or DUIs prior to submission 12. Modules: 1-5 hours average, completed during orientation via e-learning; non-billable within 16 NBO hours 13.
