- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Experience in antepartum, intrapartum, and OBOR preferred; High Risk Antepartum and Labor/Delivery required 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Active Virginia State or Compact RN license required; pending license accepted only if candidate holds single-state license from non-compact state 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Experience with any electronic charting system required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s nights 645p-715a; on-call required maximum 24 hours per 6-week schedule block 8. RTO: All requests must be included with submission 9. Returning Staff: Previous employees must be gone minimum one year before returning; after 365 days worked cannot return despite separation period 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius rule; locals not accepted; exceptions for 50-99.9 miles (one assignment, no extension) and under 50 miles (lower rate, no extension) 11. Background: Not specified 12.
