Requirements

- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring experience required 2. Cases: Labor & Delivery; facility births/month 100-200 3. Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, BLS, NRP required; AWHONN Intermediate preferred; required at time of submittal 4. License: Valid CA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech Expanse EMR; charting system experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: E/O weekend required; weekend coverage required 8. RTO: Always needs facility approval; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: If previous perm traveler, 1 year and needs facility approval 10. Travel/Local: Travelers within 50 miles not accepted 11. Background: Candidates with license hits accepted case by case basis; facility must be informed of hit with submission 12. Modules: Modules not required 13. Travel Experience: First time traveler OK 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed; COVID-19 vaccine required plus booster 16. Special Equipment: Omnicell med system Critical: Labs must be completed within 24 hours of signing contract. 12 hours orientation. Two supervisor references preferred. Travel pairs accepted.
