Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission; previous travel experience required 2. Cases: Level I Nursery experience required, LDRP experience required, Circulate for C-section experience required, Postpartum Care experience required 3. Certifications: Oregon State License or proof of OR License application/fingerprints required; BLS and NRP required 4. License: Oregon State License or proof of OR License application/fingerprints required with submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required for RNs 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Night shift, 1900-0730; no on-call required; occasional weekends as needed 8. RTO: No RTO within first 2 weeks; Max 7 days of RTO; Must include all RTO with submission 9. Returning Staff: 1 year separation rule 10. Travel/Local: Locals NOT accepted - cannot live within 50 miles of ANY Legacy facility 11. Background: NO Felony hits; Must include traveler statement and WA with submission 12. Modules: Pre-start modules average 4-8 hours, non-billable; Epic Test Out Module required; if fail, mandatory 8-hour training course assigned 13. Travel Experience: Yes, previous travel experience required 14. Scrubs: No t-shirts allowed; any color except Black or Camo; L&D scrubs provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Nursery, Phototherapy lights, Panda beds, labor/delivery beds, cribs, delivery equipment, OR rooms, PACU room, Surgery equipment Critical: Float required within scope across system - refusal results in contract cancellation. One reference from Charge, Supervisor, or Manager required with submission.
