- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: LDRP, Labor & Delivery, Circulate for C-section, Sterile vaginal exam, Triage of obstetrical patients, newborn care 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP, CLC*, Stable* required 4. License: Valid MT or Compact RN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Call required max once per pay period with 30min call back time; weekends required evenly dispersed with all nurses; float required to help with skills when no patients on L&D 8. RTO: Must be listed at time of submittal; post submission RTO will NOT be approved; maximum of one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler; must include response about previous Providence facility work 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
