- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; manager would consider 1+ years IF worked on high risk/high census L&D unit 2. Cases: LDRP experience required; both labor and postpartum experience with at least 1 year labor training 3. Certifications: AWHONN Advanced, BLS, NRP, STABLE required 4. License: Oregon RN License required; can submit with pending license 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; no on-call; 1:1 labor ratios, 1:3 postpartum ratios 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower bill rate; must have vehicle 11. Background: Any background hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; self-reported completion 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
