- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of experience in related nursing specialty preferred; Perinatal RN Residency or recently practicing in Perinatal Setting preferred 2. Cases: 1:2 for Labor and Delivery, 1:6 (3 moms/3 babies) for Postpartum 3. Certifications: BLS required (AHA only), NRP certification required, ACLS certification required (AHA only), AWHONN Intermediate FHM or NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) required, STABLE certification required 4. License: RN License in state of TX or compact 5. Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Days 7A-7P 8. RTO: Not specified 9.
