- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: 36 Week Gestation or higher; 6 Bed LDRP including Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Triage, Antepartum, Normal Newborn, Special Care Nursery Infants (Infant IV starts and management, High Flow Oxygen) 3. Certifications: NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, FHM required; ACLS and AWHONN Advanced preferred; Newborn/nursery experience required 4. License: MN license in-hand or proof of application required (2-3 weeks via mail, 5-10 business days via email for processing); Saint Benedicts MN license in-hand is required; DO NOT submit if they have not applied for the license 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days 0700-1930 with every third weekend; Holiday work required as needed 8. RTO: 7 days max; No RTO within first 2 weeks; All RTO due at submission; Pre-approved time off: two 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone for 9 months before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Traveler's primary residence must be more than 50 miles from facility; Locals not accepted (local defined as 25 or 50 miles from facility) 11.
