- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; minimum 1 year required for submission; prefer experience at facility with minimum 200 deliveries per month 2. Cases: Experience circulating for cesarean sections in operating room required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NRP, Advanced AWHONN, LA Fire Card (within last 30 days) required; copies required at submission 4. License: CA state license required and must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Patient ratios 1:2 (days, nights, weekends); no on-call required; float between like units required; guaranteed hours with facility able to call off once per two week pay period 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; 7 days for offers; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose if previously worked at Providence facility 10. Travel/Local: Under 50 miles considered local; locals accepted at lower rate; all travelers expected to float between all facilities within state 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits at submission; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires approval; self-reported via Workramp 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted; manager prefers not teaching facility only experience 14. Scrubs: Any color; L/D and OR provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Must have LA Fire Card within 30 days. Two references covering 1 year within last 3 years required.
