Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years LDRP experience required (Labor and delivery, Postpartum and Nursery) 2. Cases: LDRP cases required; patient ratio of 2 on nights and weekends 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN and NRP required; must be in hand to submit 4. License: Compact or TN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience within the last 12 months required and must be detailed on profile; must pass competency exam (1 attempt only, will cancel if fail) 7. Shifts/Call: Night shift 7pm-7am, 3 night shifts per week, 36 hours/week; every other weekend requirement 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; additional RTO will not be approved/considered; pre-approved time off limited to two 9. Returning Staff: Note if return traveler for staffing contact review 10. Travel/Local: Locals and first time travelers accepted at same rate; travelers will be required to float unless specifically stated otherwise 11. Background: Any known background hits must be highlighted in submission for account manager review 12. Modules: 12 orientation hours; additional 10 unbillable orientation hours added if Epic experience requirement not met 13. Travel Experience: Yes, travel experience required 14. Scrubs: Men must shave to pass Fit Test; failure related to facial hair not accepted 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with no exemptions 16. Special Equipment: Epic experience within last 12 months required Critical: Float may be required to AP, NICU, Postpartum/Nursery. COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only).
