- Unit Notes:Orientation dates: 5/4, 5/18, 6/1 LDRP Unit: # Beds in Unit: 8 LDRP beds, 2 OB Triage beds, 1 C-section OR, 4 special care nursery beds Deliveries per month: approx 40/month Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE (can work around STABLE if needed) Shift Start/End Times: 0645-1915 and 1845-0715 Weekend Requirements: Day shift is self-scheduled (4 weekend shifts in 6 week period), Night shift is every third weekend Any Call Required: No Will they float, if yes to which units: No float (unless they have background in other areas and are comfortable - location would be based on their competency) Scrub Colors and are they provided: scrubs are provided (light pink top/gray bottoms) Any other important details about the position or unit we should list: We follow AWHONN's staffing guidelines: Labors 1:1, Postpartum couplet care 1:3-4, Special Care Nursery 1:1-2 All staff are competent to provide care for the following patient activities: Labor, vaginal delivery, circulate C-section (OR), recovery, postpartum, newborn (both initial and routine) Cancellation Policy:None Charting System:Cerner BSN Required:False License to Submit:No Trauma Level: Care Setting:Acute Division:Nursing Shift Notes:3x12 hr nights Required Certifications:ACLS, BLS Certification, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
