- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; minimum 1 year LDRP, 2 years preferred 2. Cases: LDRP; Low Risk Perinatal; Level 1 Nursery 3. Certifications: BLS, FHM, NRP required 4. License: OR license required, can submit with it pending unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Primarily dayshifts but may cover nights; every other weekend; no on-call required; 2 weekend shifts per contract 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD); must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between perm and travel; must include response about previous Providence facility work 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Any hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
