- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years LDRP experience required; charge experience preferred but not required 2. Cases: Low to moderate risk laboring patients, antepartum patients, post-partum patients and newborns; triage experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, Stable required; must be traditional AHA, does not accept RQI; copies required 4. License: Valid state license preferred at time of submission; pending license accepted if application submitted and received by licensing board 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required to submit 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 or 4x12 nights 1900-0730; weekend coverage required; no call required; floating within hospital required 8. RTO: Maximum 1 week; must have upfront, no more than 2 weeks 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 6+ months 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rates 11. Background: Will not accept any background or license hits; uses Advanced Reporting system for comprehensive lifetime review 12. Modules: Non-billable; RN average 4.5 hours; completed pre-start; recorded via transcripts 13. Travel Experience: First-timers not accepted for this assignment 14. Scrubs: No prints allowed; scrubs provided for OR 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Epic experience required. Must be comfortable with NRP for low-moderate risk deliveries including CPAP and PPV. Compliance deadline one week prior to start. Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing. Relias exams require 85% or higher score.
