- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 5+ years current experience in L&D specialty; 2 years specialty experience required for submission 2. Cases: L&D experience in acute setting required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Intermediate AWHONN Fetal monitoring required; copies required to submit 4. License: KY or compact license required; active compact or state license in hand required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech EMR experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 84 hours per two weeks scheduling (one week 3x12, next week 4x12); 36/48 schedule for two week pay period 8. RTO: Up to 7 days considered; must be presented upfront with no changes; must work either major or minor holiday 9. Returning Staff: After one year, must take minimum 6 month break before eligible to return 10. Travel/Local: Must reside 75 miles from facility to be considered 11.
