- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required 2. Cases: High risk perinatal care, Level III; ideally 200+ deliveries experience, will consider 100-200 deliveries 3. Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Monitoring required (hardstop requirements) 4. License: WA RN or Compact RN license in-hand required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekends required, call not required, float required to Postpartum 8. RTO: 5 days maximum; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD); include all RTO at time of submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 month rule to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile radius rule applies; no locals accepted 11. Background: Must notify of background or Nursys hits at time of submittal; can submit with hits but must present to client for written approval 12. Modules: Average 16 hours, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any color except reddish orange 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Hardstop must have sterile vaginal exam (SVE) experience. Minimum 2 supervisory references covering 1 year within last 3 years required. All travelers expected to float between like units.
