Cases: Full labor and delivery experience and postpartum required; must work all areas including labor and delivery, postpartum, well baby, transitions, antenatal, circulate in OR 3. Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, FHM, NRP required; copies of all certifications required at submission 4. License: State-specific license required; permanent address on license used for distance verification 5. Education: 7 years work history required (8/2015-present); area of study, city/state of institution, and type of degree needed for all degrees earned 6. EMR: Epic strongly preferred, especially for RNs; willing to consider no Epic experience for difficult to fill positions 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 shifts, 1900-0730; minimum every other weekend or 8 weekend shifts per contract; no on-call required; float required to CPO sitter in house and Madras FBC 8. RTO: 7 days restrictions 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted; map directions from permanent address to facility required at submission 11.
