- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Must have OB, Mother/Baby and L&D experience; will work in all areas of LDRP 3. Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NRP, AWHONN Intermediate and/or NCC C-EFM required; AWHONN Advanced preferred 4. License: Valid Michigan license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; no call; will float to house as sitter when needed and to Bronson Methodist Kalamazoo (27 miles) when needed 8. RTO: No RTO first two weeks of contract 9. Returning Staff: 6 month return staff policy 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate with no radius restrictions; travelers are first to float 11. Background: If traveler has a hit, note on profile and submission 12. Modules: 8 hours, non-billable, completed during orientation and annually, self-reported 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Scrubs will be provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical exemptions only; proof required with submission or exemption must be submitted within 48 hours of signing 16. Special Equipment: ALGO 5 hearing screen machine for newborn infant hearing screens Critical: 5/4 start date preferred. Must be available for lab work within 48-72 hours of signing. Skills required include circulate and FHM triage; scrub preferred. Will be trained on newborn hearing screens and perform lab draws.
