- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; postpartum experience required 2. Cases: 80% L&D - 20% M&B/PP; Level III Obstetric care; Labor & Delivery/Antepartum/Postpartum (16 weeks' gestation-6 weeks post-delivery) 3. Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Beginner, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, FHM, NRP required; previous charge experience preferred 4. License: State or compact licensure required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Charting system experience required; EMR training provided during orientation 7. Shifts/Call: Night shift coverage; weekend coverage required based on block schedule needs; patient ratios 2:1 for days/nights/weekends 8. RTO: Minimal RTO requested; one pre-approved time off; minimal holiday RTO 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; locals not accepted; travel experience required 11.
