- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required 2. Cases: TIPS, GI Bleeds, Post Partum Hemorrhage, Dialysis procedures 3. Certifications: ACLS, NIHSS required; must be AHA or Red Cross only (RQI cards not accepted) 4. License: Must have active IL license in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Rotating 5x8s and 4x10s; floating required within hospital or to affiliate hospitals 8. RTO: Auto-approve 5 or less non-holiday days; anything more requires facility approval; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent/PRN candidates must be separated for 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no radius restriction for IR RN (50+ mile requirement applies to OR RN only) 11. Background: Background check hits must be noted upon submission for approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours; completed pre-start, renewed annually; strict deadlines (4PM CST Day 1) or candidate will be pushed 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Any solid color 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required (medical/religious exemptions only) 16. Special Equipment: Various IR equipment for procedures listed in skills section Critical: Must complete compliance (lab appointment, DocuSigns, badge photo) within 1 week of signing contract. Patient ratio 7:1 during days. Level I trauma center experience preferred.
