- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years IR experience required; 1 year Neuro experience (or solid neuro experience in general ICU) preferred; Level 1 trauma experience preferred 2. Cases: Must grade themselves 3 or 4 in Cerebral Angiography, Carotid Angiography, Neurologic Thrombolysis, Vertebroplasty; Must rate 3/4 in CVA, aneurysms, myelograms, lumbar puncture 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH required 4. License: Compact or KY State License required at time of submission; Will NOT accept any licensure hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 10-hour shifts with call required; Call 1730-0700 one to two nights per week; Weekend call Friday 1730-Monday 0700 one to two weekends per six week schedule; 30 minute response time 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; Any time off sent after offer will not be approved; Two pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone for 6 months to return as traveler; Must know at submission if previously worked at facility 10.
