Requirements

- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; 1 year of oncology infusion experience 2. Cases: Oncology infusions with some non-oncology infusions (blood transfusion and injections) 3. Certifications: BLS (AHA), Chemo (ONS/ONCC) required; all certs must be AHA and in hand at time of submittal; copies required 4. License: CA RN Licensure required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4 x 10 M-F Days 8:30A-1900; no weekend or on call 8. RTO: Only one holiday will be approved; two pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler 10.
