Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years Infusion Center experience required 2. Cases: Solid tumor oncology patients; many non-oncology patients including neurologic disorders, solid organ transplant, rheumatology, dermatology, gastroenterology 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, CHEMO (ONS/ONCC) required; OCN preferred 4. License: CA RN License required 5. Education: BSN required for all RN positions 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8 hour days Monday-Friday 8. RTO: All tentative RTO must be included at time of submittal; additional requests mid-contract not accepted; limited to 1-week total for Auto-Offer units 9. Returning Staff: Must include employment history with any University of California medical facility including dates worked, units worked, manager names for rehire eligibility check 10. Travel/Local: Must have prior travel within 12 months; ability to float to other UCSF facilities within 75+ radius 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 1-24 hours depending on unit/specialty/position; non-billable and included in NBO hours; completed during pre-start and annually; anything over 24 hours is billable 13.
